I came in looking for items to put in a gift bag. Russ (a.k.a Santa) was extremely helpful. He took the time to walk me around the store and show me items that matches the theme I was looking for. He even offered me some samples. Great products and great service!

Best candy store in the state by far. They have moved and are still putting out things out cause we miss the signs they had at the old store but were told they were still coming out. They have the biggest selection of candy and fudge. Highly recommended

All I can say is WOW! My family visited this place today and they have so much of everything it was difficult to look at it all. I brought my 3 daughters and that was a challenge, but we stayed for about 90 minutes and purchased three sets of items, as we sat at the convenient old school soda fountain tables and ate all the goodies. Everyone was really nice there, but the only one I caught the name of was PJ who was running the soda fountain area. She was super friendly and very helpful. We spent quite a while conversing with her about sweets and whatever else. This place is large. Yes it's pretty pricey, but there's so many choices. It was amazing to see. Not only do they have nearly every candy you can imagine, but they also have ice cream and they make milkshakes, and specialty sodas. I thought a neat touch also, was the fact that they have a bunch of games you can use to play at the tables for family fun. Uno and sorry and things like that. Good to keep you in there and eating more sweets! Haha. The whole ambiance reminded me of the classic 1950s candy and malt shop. Overall, well done. Good times. Enjoy them while you still can.

Don't come here when you're hungry. It won't end well for the budget or the calorie intake. And if you bring your kids, it'll be worse. It's a shop where you can grab a bucket or a bag and start filling it with the bite size wrapped candies, or gummy bears (or other gummy things), jelly beans, chocolate or candy coated nuts. Be mindful that the prices are per quarter-pound. It'd be easy to get carried away. If that's not your style, they have flavored popcorn, truffles in various flavors, a few different kinds of fudge, and then some general gifts and montana-based items, such as huckleberry flavored candy, honey, and taffy, and toys. They've also expanded their single bottle soda choices with offerings from bottlers in other parts of the country. But, there's more. As you walk in, over to the left is the ice cream/soda shoppe with the Wilcoxson's Montana-made ice cream, in several flavors, for a pick your own cone or cup, or add toppings, or partake of something from the entire menu of pre-made sundaes or shakes or malts -- all made while you wait and listen to the machine chugging through its mixing duty. One at a time. There are seats at the counter for watching up close, or tables nearby for relaxing with your family or friends. Most days, Candy Town also offers hot dogs, burgers or something else for those wanting to make a meal of it or for pretending it cuts the calories from the candy and ice cream. Hey, whatever works for you. No judgement. If you're not a sweet-eater, or are calorie or budget-restricted, Candy Town will be a challenge. On the other hand, if you're not tempted by any of that, it's a fun shop to walk through, reminisce, or pick up some non-food gifts.

This place was recommended to us for the ice cream. It did not disappoint. Loved meeting the owner. My son and I could have spent hours in there. There is no sweet treat they don't have. Milkshake Monday is my new favorite reason to love Mondays!

We were there on Aug 5 @ 10:30 Nancy was fun and a joy to have helping us at the Candytown. She spent special time with each customer. I saw her helping a mom as 2 little boys, the care she gave each of the customers was rare and wonderful. I work retail, you don't find people like Nancy often. She's a great asset to the store. BUT MOST IMPORTANT....She made us feel Special just by walking in. Thank you for a great experience... Alison Rummel Atascadero, CA

Wow this place is cool. I've passed by a few times and never stopped in. Maybe I was fearful of the sugar within (rightfully so). My unending sweet tooth and inability to say no to food-related items was in my favor here. They have walls of bulk candy bins, shelves of old fashioned treats, counters of homemade (in-shop) fudge, chocolates, and other special treats. The kicker is the old fashioned soda counter. They serve malts, floats, sundaes, shakes, you name it. The prices are reasonable and the decor is fun. Now that I've tasted the forbidden fruit it will be tough to avoid each time I'm on this side of town...

WOW, I'm not sure outside of NYC or Vegas have I seen one location with so many sweets to choose from! Everything from their wall of candies, gummies, licorice, etc at $9.99/lb (mix and match) to shelves of classic, old fashioned, and unique individual candies. Then, fudge! And ice cream! And I'm sure I'm forgetting something...there's a lot to take in here! Something for every sweet tooth! And they're pretty generous with the samples (mix and match candy, fudge and ice cream) if you ask really nicely :) They also sell some cute and unique crafty gifts items as well. My husband piled a mix and match bag of candy with all variations of black licorice candies (ick!!). My 5-year-old daughter chose a roll of Sweet Tarts (she'll learn). The 10-year-old ain't no dummy and ordered a double scoop ice cream cone - mint chocolate chip and coffee ice cream. And I had a brownie sundae with the Moose Tracks ice cream and peanut butter sauce instead of caramel (the adorable young man behind the counter was reading my mind and my love of peanut butter with his recommendations!). My brown was a little hard, but I was so impressed with our overall experience it doesn't even make me want to take away a star. The staff here was fantastic with great recommendations and offering help around every corner. The place was organized, but just enough chaotic to put you in awe at how much they really have there. And the hilarious sign in the bathroom was definitely a winner. We will absolutely be back!

Tonight we enjoyed their Montana Earthshake made with Wilcoxsons Huckleberry Ice Cream and their Brownie Sundae on our date. After we browsed the candy portion of their store to pick up some of our favorites before heading home on this beautiful evening. While checking out, we were offered a sample of their fudge. I chose Huckleberry Lemonade. Candy Town USA is one of our favorite ice cream shops here in Billings, Montana. Their staff is friendly and helpful and some of the best ice cream artists. They are located in Shiloh Crossing which is in a midst of growth. There is ample, free parking.
